Saturday Fresh stallholders
Stallholder booking and allocation
Due to limited space all traders must book before attending the Saturday Fresh Market, no casual stallholders will be admitted. Please complete the Permanent Application Form and return to the BMP office as soon as possible.

Stallholders will generally be able to maintain a permanent location, provided stall fees are paid as due.
Opening hours
Brisbane MarketPlace is open to the general public between 6.00am and 12.00pm all year.
Gates are opened for stallholders two hours before public entry and stallholders must be in the market 3/4 of an hour before public entry. Stalls must be vacated two hours after the Market closes to the public. No vehicle movement is permitted within the market precinct during trading hours.

Stall fees
Stall fees vary depending on your requirements and are subject to change at Managements discretion. The fee structure is as follows:

Payment
Stall fees are payable monthly or weekly in advance. Stallholders paying fees monthly in advance receive location preference and a 5% discount on stall fees.
Stall size
The standard stall size is 3.6m frontage X 7m depth. The majority of stalls are covered by waterproof shade sails and located on level bitumen. Vehicles can be left in your stall (subject to availability of space) or parked across the road in the Brisbane Produce Market
Stallholders are able to take multiple stalls to facilitate their overall space requirements. A further 5% discount is available for permanent stallholders with four or more stalls.
Restrictions
Products for sale are limited to:
- Food and associated products (cookware, kitchenware, etc)
- Fruit and vegetables (limited numbers)
- Plants
- Lifestyle products (craft etc)

* Second hand goods, clothing, toys and products generally associated with the Sunday Discovery Market will not be allowed.
Equipment for hire
Trestle tables are available for hire at a fee of $5 per table per day.
Charities and community groups
Brisbane MarketPlace supports the local community and registered charities. If you qualify as a local community group or a registered charity, stall fees are free of charge, but are subject to availability. All other levies and hire charges are at normal stallholder cost. Stalls must be booked. No food stalls are permitted.
Temporary food stall license
Selling food from a temporary food stall may require licensing or registration from the Brisbane City Council. To determine whether you require a temporary food stall license refer to the Temporary Food Stall Licence hand out (also available from the Brisbane MarketPlace information booth) or contact the Brisbane City Council.
